Payment Information
Maxi Print is a trading name of MAXI PRINTING SOLUTIONS (Pty) Ltd (Reg. 2026/617967/07).
You can pay online through PayFast, by EFT bank transfer, or by card at our Cape Town office. Maxi Print is cashless: we do not accept cash at the office or cash on delivery.
Online payments through PayFast
Select PayFast at checkout and choose from the methods shown for your transaction. Depending on what is available for your order, PayFast supports cards (Visa and Mastercard), Instant EFT, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay and Zapper. A payment logo alone does not guarantee that a method is available for every order. Your order can proceed once payment is confirmed and availability has been checked; paying online does not guarantee immediate dispatch or collection readiness.
EFT bank transfers
Use the bank details provided at checkout or on an official Maxi Print quotation or invoice, enter your order or quotation number as the reference, and email proof of payment to sales@maxiprint.co.za. Where your bank offers it, an instant or immediate transfer can reduce the wait for funds to reflect (your bank may charge for this). Goods are released only once funds have reflected and payment has been verified; proof of payment alone is not confirmation that funds have cleared.
Card payments at our office
We accept card payments at our Cape Town office. The card transaction must be approved before goods are released, and for a collection you should wait for a ready-to-collect notice before travelling.
Payment checks and safety
Check the recipient details, amount and reference before paying. If you receive a message claiming our banking details have changed, verify it using our published telephone number before transferring funds. Do not send us your card PIN, banking password or one-time code. If a payment appears unsuccessful but your account was debited, contact us with the order and transaction reference before paying again. Prices are shown in South African rand (ZAR); refunds follow our Refunds Policy.
