Maxi Print is a trading name of MAXI PRINTING SOLUTIONS (Pty) Ltd (Reg. 2026/617967/07).
These terms explain how purchases from Maxi Print work and the limits of the commitments we make. Please read them together with our Privacy, Returns, Refunds, Shipping and Payment Information pages before placing an order. Nothing in these terms removes a right that applicable South African law does not allow us to exclude.
Who we are
Maxi Print is an independent reseller of printers, toner, ink cartridges and drum units. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify products and compatibility. Showing a brand name does not by itself indicate manufacturer affiliation or endorsement.
Using our website
Use the website for lawful shopping and enquiries. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or submit misleading information. Keep any account login details private and contact us if you suspect unauthorised activity. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free of errors.
Choosing the right product
Check the complete printer model, cartridge or drum code, colour, quantity and included items before ordering. Send us a photograph of the model label and current product code if you need help. Our guidance relies on the information you provide and the available specifications; it does not guarantee compatibility with every device or future firmware or software update.
Page yields are estimates under stated test conditions. Actual output varies with coverage, settings and usage. We will not substitute a different product or materially change your order without your agreement. These qualifications do not override responsibility for an incorrect description or recommendation where the law makes us responsible.
Orders, stock and prices
An automated acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order; it is not confirmation of availability or dispatch. We check availability and payment before confirming acceptance. If an item cannot be supplied, we will let you know and refund the relevant payment under the timetable in our Refunds Policy.
Prices are shown in South African rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes. Delivery and any other charges are shown before payment. Check the total price and delivery charge before paying. If a genuine listing or pricing error is found, we will explain the issue and the options available; a revised price needs your agreement.
Quotes, payment and cancellations
Unless stated otherwise, written quotations are valid for 14 days and do not reserve stock without written confirmation. Payment must be received and verified before goods are released. We are cashless. To change or cancel an order, contact us promptly with your order reference. Cancellation before dispatch is free of charge; once goods have been dispatched, our Returns Policy applies.
Warranty and condition
Each product page states the condition, included items and whether a cartridge is manufacturer-branded or compatible. Any manufacturer warranty is subject to its own published coverage and conditions. A manufacturer assessment does not replace remedies you are entitled to receive from us. Marketplace purchases
Purchases placed through a marketplace follow that platform's order and return process and its own terms. These direct-sale terms do not replace the terms of that transaction.
Limits and liability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular commercial result, a fixed consumable lifespan or compatibility with every future firmware or software update. Any specific commitment must be recorded in writing. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability for a claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the affected goods and associated services. These limits do not apply to refunds, return costs or other remedies the law requires us to provide, or to any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Complaints and changes
If you are dissatisfied, send your order reference, the issue and your preferred resolution to our contact details below and we will explain the outcome or next step. South African law governs these terms. Updates apply going forward and do not reduce rights attached to an existing purchase.
